(More customer reviews)I ordered this bedding on July 4th...my money was taken out of my account the very next day. I was told the order would ship the week of July 12th. At the end of that week I received an email stating the ship date was July 19th, then the week of the 26th, the week of Aug 6th and then finally the week of Aug 30. Many of my calls went unanswered but finally had some luck when I called the company on Aug 12 to cancel my order. I was told my ordered had been shipped. I did receive my order on AUG 16th. The quality is very poor. I have purchased better quality sheets at WalMart. The sheets are thin and the comforter is rough and scratchy.
I planned to return this, but when I looked on line for the address, Consumer Affairs popped up. I am not the first person to complain about this. I learned from reading the complaints that I would be better off keeping the bedding, cutting my losses and buying something different as the company takes their time refunding the money if they bother to refund at all.
Pictures are deceiving!!!! This looks like a nice set, but it is of poor quality. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone!
